lizturner23 @saesishu That’s actually pretty misleading. Most Lolita Taobao charts with measurements place XXL with equivalent measurements to a US size 12. Could be a little bit lower, could be a little bit higher. I cannot find this particular dress on Lolibrary, but equivalent ones from Little Dipper are also solidly at a US size 12, but there’s enough variation that “runs small” even for this brand might have bumped it down to a size 10 equivalent.

saesishu @lizturner23 Chinese manufactories are now making sizes smaller than before. I am a reseller and it is creating a major problem for my customers due to dresses appear to be smaller than the size labeled.
