Little Creative Factory cream gathered skirts sz 8-9 / 10-11

Gathered off-white skirt by Little Creative factory, size 8-9 & Wide elastic waistband. Unfinished look at bottom of skirt. 2 side pockets. 8-9: 11.5" across waistband width 24" long. This skirt does not have a size but I imagine it's 10-11, but check if this will fit your child. 10" across waistband, 27" long. 100% cotton No flaws. Excellent condition. Smoke-free pet-free home.
