Little Black Dress with Sparkle

Wore this to many weddings & events! Strapless but comes with a halter option, as seen in pictures. The band on top is pretty tight, this thing won’t slip down 😉 Size small, tag cut out for comfort. Little crystal accent in front. Some tulle underneath to make the skirt flare out a bit!
