Technically its a poncho since its pullover style but it does have sleeves courtesy of large hidden fasteners on the sides. The approximate pit to pit measurement is 33 but keep in mind theres really no armpits. I measured from one snap to the other. The length measured from the back is 28. The color is a rich jewel-tone ruby color with rows silver-tone studs along the edges.
