Brand new without tags size juniors M, looks like liquid leather studded shirt the brand is Chic Me. Chrome snap closure and studded across and down the front, has 7 snaps total and long sleeves. Made from 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex so it does have some stretch to it for that form hugging sexy fit. Measurements are shoulder to shoulder 15 inches bust 17 inches sleeves 24 inches and length is 21 inch. Machine washable on gentle cycle cold water and tumble dry low.
