Lips of London body con cut out dress

Super cute on! X cross back. Side cut outs. I had it altered to fit me so it is an extra small. A few alterations stitches came off but did hurt the integrity of the dress (see pic) Notes: Shows signs of very slight peeling (not noticeable on) Comes from a home with dogs (I try my best to lint roll every item before it goes out but may miss one or two) I package in the smallest possible bags so items may come wrinkled.
