charlestonlady3 @angelkucharek the skirt is approximately 15 1/2 inches across the top, so I guess about a 31 inch waist it does not unzip all the way down it’s a slip on, it is 7 1/2 inches long in the back in about 7 inches in the front. It’s zips on the side.

charlestonlady3 You can honestly wear it up higher on your waist or lower, like low rise style.
