Reposhing this item I purchased from @franzi_k. It's gorgeous but too small. This dress is definitely I Chinese 3x so closer to an 18/20 probably.
Only leaving the original size in case people already know their size in this brand.

any idea how big the upper arm is around?

@lirima1 it was pretty narrow, for my size my arms aren't huge but I couldn't get them in. no exact measurement, sorry
I'd definitely say this is probably an 18/20 for versus a true 3x
