Lindy Bop Ophelia Dress

No longer NWT I absolutely love this dress and always get compliments when I wear it out, but ready to rotate for something new. It is knee length with a full circle skirt and made of a really nice heavy cotton fabric that has stretch. Measurements in photos Difficult to let this one go.
