@lucyc8616 Hi! Thank you for your interest. The waist is 17' laid flat and 29' long. Nice, heavy material that holds it shape very nicely.

@lucyc8616 I would say this would easily fit a size 10 to 14 depending on where you want it to sit on the waist. :) It is a UK 14 which is about a US 12.
