Very realistic doll that is weighted. There is a piece of metal coming out the arm - it takes batteries and used to have a heart beat. I changed batteries and it still didn’t make sound not sure if it can be fixed. One hand is sticky where my daughter “taped” a hospital bracelet to the baby.
