This is a beautiful porcelain collector plate from Limoges, France that features a reproduction of Edouard Manet’s painting L’ Argenteuil. The painting, done by Manet in 1874, features a sailor and a companion sitting together by the Seine river. The plate has a burgandy rim with gold scrolls and a white inner band around the picture.
