Limoges France Hand Painted Porcelain Trinket Egg Box

Limoges France Hand Painted Porcelain hinged egg-shaped trinket box. It has gold-tone brass mounts and a flower clasp opposite the hinge. The egg is hand decorated with lovely pink flowers, red berries, green stems and leaves with beautiful hand painted gold detailing framing the flower. On the bottom the trademark is painted in green “LIMOGES FRANCE” and “Porcelain décorée à la main Paris-Style” is painted in black. The interior has two gold stemmed flower designs. Approximate measurements: 2.75”L x 1.75”W x 1.75”H. Excellent condition. Original owner. Made in Limoges, France.
