Limited strapless dress

This dress is solid red with built in shelf bra, ruching at left bodice and a flared seam at the skirt that gives the skirt a flare. Top to hem measures approx 39" (varies as skirt is asymmetrical). Waist measures 13 1/2" with plenty of stretch, top measures 14 1/2, 17 " when stretched out. There is a small dark spot midway down the skirt of the dress.
