Made by Hot Topic for D C Comics, this hard to find size has padded busts for extra oomph and is lined PLUS has three layers of tulle. The skirt‘a top layer is covered in flocked bats. The bodice top is accentuated with black sequins. Purchased, tried on, but never worn, the only flaw I can see is pictured: the hook and eye catch on top of the zipper has threads poking out from the seam. The straps are NOT adjustable.
