Limited Edition Series Porsgrund Norway 1978 porcelain Christmas display plate, designed by Gunner Bratlie. Underglazed used for additional visual depth and character. The front of the plate displays a snowy winter scene with two horse drawn sleds. Bottom of the plate reads "Julen 1978". The back - "Gjestene hommer til gards" in Norwegian, which means " The guests are returning to the farm." Also printed in English "Christmas Eve." Has the Porsgrund Norway stamp. 1978 Christmas Plate. Limited Edition Series - an exclusive design by Porsgrunds Porselaensfabrik Norway. Condition: In good vintage condition. No cracks or chips. Plate was previously displayed on a wall. Has a small loop of plastic line similar to fishing line attached and ready to display on your wall. May have slight wear due to age.
