Limited Edition Series Porsgrund Norway 1976 porcelain Christmas display plate, designed by Gunner Bratlie. Underglazed used for additional visual depth and character. The front of the plate displays an image of Jesus studying Torah with the religious elders in the Temple. Top of the plate reads "Julen 1976". The back - "Jesus in the temple" in English and Norwegian. Has the Porsgrund Norway stamp. 1976 Christmas Plate. Limited Edition Series - an exclusive design by Porsgrunds Porselaensfabrik Norway. Condition: In good vintage condition. No cracks or chips. There are very fine scuff marks on the front that I could only see when held close up and at an angle. Slight discoloration on the top base of the plate. Plate was previously displayed on a wall. Has a small loop of plastic line similar to fishing line attached and ready to display on your wall.
