This brown ceramic plate is numbered & appears to have no defects. Inscribed on the back of the plate: "Moses & the 10 Commandments by Rhodes Studios by Merri Roderick Plate #4882A Limited 1st Edition First issue in The Treasure of the Dore Bible series of collectors plates sculpted by hand from Gustave Dores celebrated etchings for the Holy Bible which were first pulled in 1865. Hand cast infused Bronze and hand-finished under the Hallmark of Rhodes Studios in an edition confined to 150 casting days.
