Lily & Taylor Black /White With Buttons And Cuffed Sleeves Dress Size 8 NWT

Beautiful long dress for many occasions. The white collar and sleeve cuffs are asymmetrical.  Measurements are in the pictures, but pit to pit is 19" and length is 45".  New with tags, but a few finger spots are pictured on the collar. Easy to spot wash, but not going to attempt in case of a water ring spot.  Fully lined.
