NWOT. Quarter length puff slightly sleeve dress with red and orange floral print. Features a flattering fit and flare style with a ribbon around the waist that you can tie and ruffled hem. There’s a bustier top at the front and the back is very stretchy to keep you comfortable. I never wore it but I did cut the tags off. Size small.
