Lily Rose Black Lace Skater Dress

Lily Rose black skater dress from Kohls! Has a floral design over mesh and a second coverage layer underneath. Material is a bit cheap, but waist and back is made of elastic cinch (super stretchy) the chest is a bit more fitted. Has puffy sleeves, is a juniors XS, & about 31 inches long. Great for the holidays and special occasions :)
