Pre-loved! Beautiful bag in Excellent condition. Both the removable insert and the changing pad are included. Straps can be converted from a backpack strap to shoulder strap. After I no longer needed a diaper bag, I used for traveling. I received so many compliments on this bag. Slight discoloration on the insert and a small damage on one strap.
