I was in love with this bag when I bought it and got it home, however I had twins and quickly realized that I would need something bigger. I was so bummed this bag is gorgeous and I may have use it 4 times total. I have had it put away in a non smoking, pet free home. The inside jade has no marks or rips anywhere and only small like light mark from oil on hands I think. The insert and changing pad was never used.
