Lilt Spring Lined Dress 3T

This is an adorable spring inspired dress both lined and with a crinoline ruffle for fullness of the dress skirt. Top is polyester/spandex blend and the bottom and liner is 100% polyester. It is from Lily brand and features a delicate peach silk type bow at the waistline and bunny/floral design on the skirt.
