Two white lace trims create a charming finishing touch. Condition is excellent. No flaws and was worn twice. Waist is a drawstring, and hem has a pretty soft ruffle. Skirt shell is 100% cotton and is lined with a poly/cotton material. Approximate Measurements: Waist; 35” Hips; 40”- Length: 16” Even though its say small the measurements are suggesting medium.
