🆕Lilly for Target, Sz 6 (Fits More Like a 4) NWOT

Surprisingly, one of the most nicely constructed, fully fashioned dresses of Lilly’s that Target carried, but b/c it runs smaller and has no stretch, I misjudged its size. Lined, beautifully seamed and not an engineered fabric. The “open-book-effect” lace is perfectly set to lengthen and slim, while the oceanic fan pattern similarly catches the eye - but hey, you will love it forever b/c it is such fun. 17” flat lay bust, 32’’ length - just above my 5’4’’ knee. Brokenhearted it doesn’t fit💔
