Lilly Pulitzer for Target dress size 10

This is a brand new Lilly dress for Target that has never been worn! I bought from Target.com and it came without a tag. It didn’t fit and they said since it didn’t come with a tag I cannot return it. Sooooo since it doesn’t fit I am selling it. So it is supposed to be brand new with tags, it is a size 10. Color is blue and pink. Love this print.
