Lilly Pulitzer for Target Pink Floral Mini Dress

Vibrant pink Lilly Pulitzer mini dress with floral patterns. Perfect for casual outings. Stylish and fun. Just received and it’s too small for me. I was hoping it would t be too big on the 16 side but The size 14-16 is more like an 10-12. Runs super small apparently. This is why I am listing it as a 10. A 14-16 is not accurate. It is straight fitting not much flare. Any questions or measurements lmk. It is in excellent condition and a great dress.
