Lilly Pulitzer Shelli Stretch Dress

This item is NWT. It does have a small stain on the back fabric that you would use to make a bow. The stain would be on the inside and wouldn’t be seen. It also has some small string hanging from the middle on the front of the dress (see picture) It appears in the picture that the inside of this item is discolored, but that is the bra pad. This item comes from a dog friendly home!
