Lilly Pulitzer Posey dress Shorely Blue size 4

Lilly Pulitzer size 4 Posey dress, Shorely Blue color Dress has been taken up slightly at shoulders (see photos). There is some discoloration on the inside of the dress around the arms (see photos). Otherwise in great condition. Dress has a tiered, silky lining to add fullness to the skirt. There is no green ribbon (and never has been), unlike the stock photo. No boning, a very fun and comfortable dress!
