The dress is in great condition and seahorses don’t have peeling. The seahorse under armpit has normal wear as it is a little bit lighter than the others. The last pic shows as I lifted the arm.The rest of the dress looks new, and you can’t tell it’s been worn. Pit to pit is 20” w a comfortable stretch to 21.5” Length 35”
