@adlergray I’m not quite sure. I wear a 6 in Lilly and it was too flowy. If I had to completely guess I’d say this medium would fit Lilly sizes 8-10.

Hmm I’m a 4 in bottoms and 6-8 in tops. Did you feel like it just hung of your chest and gave you no shape or do you think a small would have fit better? I ❤️this dress I’m just worried it may not be for me. Even in a small.
