Lilly Pulitzer ‘Jesse’ skort romper in Feelin’ Sparks, size 0. Rare, from the 2015 collection. Made of 100% cotton with adjustable straps and smocked panels at the back. Zip and hook closure at back. Looks like a dress, but features full white shorts underneath. Small tear at base of zipper, as shown. Not especially noticeable when worn.
