Blue and white pinstriped. Thick Flower lace trimming under breast and on bottom hem.
Lemon embroidered and yellow lined stitching on the top hem of the dress.
Cinched double pleated waist and cotton underlay with yellow lining as well.
The chest is ribbed to maintain shape. It was steam cleaned one time :)
