takes22tangle @lisakay88 HI! Sorry for not getting back to you right away! I measured 15" waist. However fully stretched out it's 21". Elastic From armpit to pit 19 1/2" Adjustable straps fully adjusted out are 8" from shoulder to where it attaches to romper. I read someone's description on this style size large and said it was comparable to size 8???? I'm a size 12 and it fits me with room to spare, especially the blousy top. Hope this helps you.
