Liking Items Expecting Offers

If you have liked an item you want to purchase thinking you should receive an offer, it doesn't always work that way. People like items every day and an offer to likers has to be 10% lower than the last offer to likers. Sometimes I'll create a bundle in order to send an offer, but sometimes I don't. I do send out Offer to Likers, but not everytime someone likes an item. So please feel free to send an offer, all Offers Considered and I'll counter with my lowest accepted price and if we can't agree we both move on without wasting time on the offer routine.
