Likely Floral Lace Dress

Blue flowers lined with black lace. A-line skirt. V neck. Spaghetti straps that cross in back. Fully lined. Hidden side zip. The interior straps that are meant to hold the dress on a hanger have been removed. There is one discolored spot under the right arm toward the back (please see photos). The rest of the dress is in excellent condition. Pit to pit measurement: 15.5 inches. Laid flat waist measurement: 13.5 inches. Length shoulder to hem: 41 inches.
