Likely Fillmore Black Lace Dress, Size 0. Collared Top is Sheer with a Lined Bust. Skirt is Lined as well. Keyhole Back. Too small to display in my Size 2 dress form, the dress measures 15” underarm to underarm (stretches only 1/2” more), 12” across the waist, 33.5” long and 24” Sleeve. Precious little dress in EUC!
