Likely Carstens Bowl West Germany Art Pottery Lava Glaze Ceramic with Wicker Handles Circa 1960s This piece has an indiscernible mark and was described to me as possibly Japanese, but I feel it is more in line with comparable Carstens pieces. It checks all the boxes for the hip 60s modernism and would pair beautifully with a Bitossi piece or two. Measurements:  7 3/4" W x 1 3/4" H Condition:  Excellent vintage condition. No noticed chips, cracks, scuffs or damage. Normal wear for age. Please see all photos.
