I'm the person that ordered the graduation key chain from you, after well over 3 weeks I received a package from you and to my surprise it wasn't what I had ordered. I returned it back to you and have messaged you numerous times and no response, that's why I'm messaging you here in hopes of a response!

gloshine1975 Please let me know what happens next as far as my refund for the key chain. The returned item has been delivered and it states that is being held at post office per your request. can you please pick it up so I can get the refund or something. None of this was my fault but feel as I'm being punished. If I don't hear anything from you today I will have to get Poshmark involved, thank you

gloshine1975 @chicnation I just saw that you didn't pick the package up from the post office today as you stated that you were going to do. I'm not sure why this is happening. All I wanted to start with was, to order a graduation gift for my son and was told by you that it would be shipped out in 1 day. That was the middle of April. You were supposed to overnight it and that never happened.

gloshine1975 Now since it's too late to give my son the gift, and I have returned the wrong item that I received from you (that was not my fault) all I Am asking is for a refund. I'm not sure why it's so hard for you to go to the post office and pick up the returned item so Poshmark can refund my money and I promise that you will never have to hear from me again. I see that you have received all good reviews about quick deliveries.

gloshine1975 Also exactly what they have ordered. I am disabled and don't have any income other than on here, so the money that I was supposed to get from the refund was actually going to be sent to my son in lieu of the gift since that's all I had to buy his gift with. He has worked hard to get where he is today, he was born blind and wasn't supposed to be able to ever go to a normal school much less a huge university.

gloshine1975 But he graduated on the Dean's list and received numerous awards, so Yes I am very proud of him he put himself through college and done it all by himself. All I had to give him was my love, prayers and support. That's why the gift was so important and now I can't give him the gift or even the money. So yes I'm upset and I feel I have every right to be. I just don't understand why this happened to me!
