mgoldgirl @diong1 I am sorry it appears that the discounted shipping only works if I personally make an offer to all my likers on the item. It does not work for an offer negotiation. Sorry for the confusion with this. So what I can do is make an offer to all my likers and if you are comfortable with that offer you will then either be able to accept, counter or decline. ☺️ hopefully that made sense.
