Like new vintage, rare 1986 Penn State folder for paper

This is a vintage rare Penn State folder from 1986. It is brightly colored and thick card stock was used to make adorable folder. It is fun to look and have a flashback at the photos on the top. The only thing that makes the folder not be absolutely new is that a Garfield sign was put into the left side. It is possible that it might just pop off, but I did not want to risk damaging the pristine folder. The Garfield sign says “let’s not work and say we did“. There are a few tiny marks on the flap on that side of the folder as well.This folder has no tears, bends, folds or damage in any way on exterior. Fun, flashback find.
