1creeder4 @susieodham61 yes and prior to surgery they aren’t honest about expectations. I know this as I’ve been in healthcare 36 years. So, I already knew it wouldn’t be as easy as he made it sound, but it has been much harder than I even thought. God will bring me through as He is faithful but I can’t say it’s been fun. How is your knee?

susieodham61 @1creeder4 I understand that. They never tell the extent of what it’s really like. My knee will never be right after I fell on it but the Dr says it’s fine. I can not bend it all the way or put any weight on it while trying to bend it. Later on they will find out it’s not ok. It not hurting too bad when I walk though. Thank God

1creeder4 @susieodham61 I’m sorry to hear about the fall and continued pain. I know it takes better part of a year to really come back from orthopedic surgery, for most. Especially those our age. I think if they were fully truthful about recovery many would not do the surgery. I had no cartilage between my joint and was in constant pain. I HAD to be done. I think they know we need it and they personally know the favorable outcomes, but I like to know fully what I’m getting into.

susieodham61 @1creeder4 Me to my knee would probably would be healed by now if I had not fallen on it 3 months after surgery.
