Like new. Alex Marie overlay flowing cocktail dress

Like new in perfect condition. Very cute flowy cocktail dress I purchased to wear on a cruise, but then did not take and now is too big. The sheer overlay has slightly raised black velvet squares & “teardrops” of a variety of sparkly colours. Pinks to raspberry, orange to red orange, greens to turquoise and metallic gold & silver.
