sunny_fresh @csp100783 Bought it from PM but decided to just use regular printer I already have. You need to install the printer drivers. The pkg comes w/ a CD or it’s avail to download on their website. Connect the printer to your computer via USB for Win/Mac sys. Load your thermal labels, then you can print from any application or directly from your online business platform. It uses Labelife app for label edits/prints or just as a regular thermal printer for labels from any applic thru a USB connection.👍🏻
