Lightwieght Ruched Blue Sweater (Beach cover)

This is the perfect light-weight ruched shirt! I wore this over my bikinis for the hot summer/spring seasons! Its a over size fit and has a flattering v-neck! I originally got this from Forever21 under the brand Jolie! The fabric is Rayon and polyester mix! I would wash on a gentle cycle and hang dry! The material is breathable and delicate!
