Very pretty lightweight summer bag by Cappelli Straworld has woven handles/straps and upper portion. Lower portion is polyester fabric in tropical print. Same fabric lines the inside of this bag. Magnetic snap closure and one zippered pocket on the inside. Dimensions are 15” wide by 17” in length (not including handles). Measurement from top of handles to bottom of purse is 28”.

teelzee @diddy62 Yes…it’s approximately 12” from the top of the handle to where it attaches to the bag. I added a picture to the listing (not a great picture, but gives you an idea of how it looks). Thanks for your inquiry:)
