Lightweight hoops

Silver. I doubt they are sterling, but it's possible. I've had them for about five (?) years, and they haven't tarnished. That said, I haven’t worn them. They previously belonged to a friend. I have no idea how long she owned them or how much she originally paid for them. Cubic zirconia (faux diamond). See second pic for size reference. 🤍
