msualwz10 @tiaramt question have you ever sent this many clothes at once ? This is only my second sale and not sure how to do this ? I’m worried the shipping label I printed out is not enough even though I hit the heavy weight label

tiaramt @msualwz10 I think the shipping label covers up to 15 lbs but I've never sent out that much before. I think if it weighs more there are instructions to follow that will charge me more for shipping.

tiaramt @msualwz10 I’m confused. When you clicked on the label to print it out they had an option to upgrade your label. Labels for packages heavier than 5 lbs. will incur an extra label upgrade fee .

tiaramt To upgrade a label Go to the 'My Sales' section in your account tab in the app. Then, click on the order that needs a label upgrade. Tap on 'Need New Shipping Label'. Tap on 'Need Heavier Weight Label'. Go to 'Weight' and select the desired total weight for your label. Tap 'Next' and then 'Send New Label'. The new label will be sent to your email.

msualwz10 @tiaramt so I got the 7pounds first and it weighs more than that an went to get the 10 I paid for posted it today and gave it to my post man and he’s like this is over 10 pounds it’s going to come back to you :( so I spent all the money on shipping it and they don’t do over 10 ponds shipping smh, so I cancelled the order and I’m going to post individual pics of the items so they can ship if you like to buy them that way, I’ve learned now ugh, I’m new to all this please bare with me
