This light-weight white blouse features a sexy, stylish, lace-up front and ruffle detailing, perfect for that head-turning affect. Its soft, almost (not there) fabric ensures comfort and style. The fabric is 100% Rayon. It feels like a light gauze. It's nice for summer, particularly for the ladies that want to stay cool and comfortable but keep their arms covered.
